奋斗幸福观回击“内卷”“躺平”现象的逻辑阐释与理路探析——基于马斯洛需要层次理论的分析视角

近年来,“内卷”“躺平”现象在大规模社会热议中逐步衍化为部分青年的生存哲学,对其价值观产生了不容小觑的影响。为及时遏制“内卷”“躺平”现象所带来的负面效应,需深入剖析形成原因及潜在风险。依据马斯洛需要层次理论分析发现,“躺平”青年更倾向于满足生理和安全的需要,“内卷”青年更倾向于满足生理、安全、社交和尊重的需要,唯有“奋斗”青年致力于高层次自我实现需要的获得与满足。可见,以理想信念、劳动创造、斗争精神及责任意识为核心内容的奋斗幸福观能够对青年“内卷”“躺平”现象起到有效的匡正作用,助力青年自觉将“内卷”“躺平”逐步升华为“奋斗”。基于此,青年应以奋斗幸福观作为解决其价值问题的基本遵循,通过熔铸奋斗幸福信念、锻造奋斗幸福本领、勇担奋斗幸福使命来摆脱“内卷”“躺平”困扰,在奋斗中收获真实而持久的幸福。

In recent years,the phenomenon of“involution”and“lying flat”has gradually evolved into the survival philosophy of some young people in the large-scale social heated debate,which has had a significant impact on their values.In order to curb the negative effects of the“involution”and“lying flat”phenomenon in time,it is necessary to deeply analyze the formation reasons and potential risks.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,it is found that“lying flat”youth are more inclined to meet the needs of physiology and security,“involution”youth are more inclined to meet the needs of physiology,security,social contact and respect,and only“struggle”youth are committed to obtaining and satisfying the needs of high-level self-realization.It can be seen that the concept of struggle and happiness with ideals and beliefs,labor creation,struggle spirit and responsibility consciousness as the core content can play an effective role in correcting the phenomenon of“involution”and“lying flat”of young people,and help young people consciously gradually sublimate“involution”and“lying flat”into“struggle”.Based on this,young people should take the concept of struggle and happiness as the basic follow to solve their value problems,through casting the belief of struggle and happiness,forging the ability of struggle and happiness,and bravely carrying the mission of struggle and happiness to get rid of the trouble of“involution”and“lying flat”,and gain real and lasting happiness in the struggle.
