基于大数据的高校数字档案资源共享平台建设的探索

Exploration on the Construction of Digital Archival Resource Sharing Platform in Universities Based on the Big Data

随着大数据时代的到来以及云存储技术的成熟,高校数字档案资源共享平台的建设逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。文章结合高校数字档案资源共享平台建设现状,分析其存在的问题,提出在健全相关法规制度,强化安全防护的基础上,通过使用统一的数字管理标准及采用先进的大数据技术构建数字档案资源中心、管理中心以及交互中心,最终实现构建跨平台的资源共享,实现档案信息共享利用“一网通办”,进而助力区域内乃至全国数字档案资源共建、共享。

With the advent of the big data era and the maturity of cloud storage technology,the construction of digital archival resource sharing platforms in universities has gradually become a focal point of social attention.This article combines with the current state of construction of digital archival resource sharing platforms in universities,analyzes the existing problems and proposes the establishment of comprehensive legal and regulatory systems,strengthening of security protection,and the use of uniform digital management standards along with the advanced big data technology to build digital archival resource centers,management centers,and interaction centers.The ultimate goal is to achieve cross-platform resource sharing and realize the"one network for all services"of archival information sharing and utilization,thereby facilitating the joint construction and sharing of digital archival resources within the region and even nationwide.
