价值共创理论下公共档案馆创新服务研究

Research on the Innovative Service of Public Archives under the Value Co-creation Theory

公共档案馆作为社会文化资源的重要载体,其服务创新对于满足公众需求、提高社会效益具有重要意义。文章首先梳理价值共创理论的相关概念,分析公共档案馆服务创新研究现状,对部分地区公共档案馆创新服务进行案例分析,从注重档案资源的开放共享、创新服务模式、注重满足用户的需求、关注提升社会效益四方面提出创新服务的路径。

The public archives as an important carrier of social and cultural resources,its service innovation is of great significance to meet the public needs and improve social benefits.This paper firstly sorts out the relevant concepts of value co-creation theory,analyzes the research status quo of public archives service innovation,and analyzes the case of innovative services of public archives in some areas,and puts forward the path of innovative services from four aspects:Focusing on the open sharing of archival resources,innovative service mode,focusing on the satisfaction of users needs,and focusing on the improvement of social benefits.
