摘要
企业档案管理水平的提升离不开档案管理人才的有力支撑。随着新时代档案工作的转型升级,档案管理模式逐步由人工管理向智能管理转型,对企业档案管理人才也提出更高的要求,既需档案管理人才具备过硬的档案管理业务知识,更需掌握档案管理的新工具、新手段,与企业档案管理模式的现代化转型同步提升转型。文章分析现阶段企业档案管理人才队伍可能存在的问题,对大数据背景下企业档案管理人才应具备的具体能力及赋能路径进行探讨。
The improvement of enterprise archival management level is inseparable from the strong support of archival management talents.With the transformation and upgrading of archival work in the new era,the archival management mode is gradually transformed from the manual management to the intelligent management,which also puts forward the higher requirements for enterprise archival management talents,which not only requires the archival management talents to possess excellent knowledge of archival management business,but also needs to master new tools and new means of archival management,and synchronize with the modernization and transformation of enterprise archive management mode.This paper analyzes the problems that may exist in the talents team of enterprise archival manage-ment at the present stage,and discusses the specific ability and empowerment path of enterprise archival management talents under the background of big data.
