人工智能的出现为传统档案管理模式带来变革和挑战。人工智能技术对提高档案管理效率具有重要意义,主要用在档案检索、档案图像识别、数字存储、档案统计分析、智能化办公等方面;但与此同时,在运用人工智能技术进行档案管理工作时也会遇到一些问题,在电子文件的归档、保存、分类方面尤为明显,尤其是人工智能技术与档案管理的有机结合和电子档案的真实性、安全性问题。因此,有针对性地建立档案管理数据平台,推动人工智能技术在档案管理中的应用,并加强档案管理人才培养和信息安全保障。

The emergence of artificial intelligence has brought changes and challenges to the traditional archives man-agement mode.Artificial intelligence technology is of great significance to improve the efficiency of archives manage-ment,which is mainly applied in the archive retrieval,archive image recognition,digital storage,archive statistical analysis,intelligent office,etc.However,at the same time,some problems will be encountered when using artificial intelligence technology for the archives management,especially in the archiving,preservation and classification of electronic records,especially the organic combination with artificial intelligence technology and archives management and the authenticity and security of electronic archives.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a targeted archives man-agement data platform,promote the application of artificial intelligence technology in archives management,and strengthen the cultivating of archives management talents and information security guarantee.
