暖通空调工程施工管理与成本控制措施研究

Research on HVAC Construction Management and Cost Control Measures

在当前建筑施工过程当中,暖通空调施工也面临着更高的标准和要求,暖通空调工程项目的复杂度也在不断提升,也就使得在施工过程中暖通空调出现失误和问题概率逐步提升。本文首先对暖通空调施工中常见的问题进行简要分析,并针对当前施工问题提出了几点施工管理措施与成本控制措施建议。

In the current construction process,HVAC construction is also facing higher standards and requirements,and the complexity of HVAC engineering projects is also increasing,which gradually increase the probability of HVAC errors and problems in the construction process.This paper first briefly analyzes the common problems in HVAC construction,and puts forward some suggestions for construction management measures and cost control measures for the current construction problems.
