摘要
随着建筑市场竞争的日益激烈和成本控制需求的提高,全过程造价管理模式成为提升建筑工程经济效益的关键。全过程造价管理模式涵盖了从工程项目策划初期到项目完工后维护的全生命周期,目标是通过各个阶段的有效控制,实现工程造价的合理利用和成本的优化。本文着重研究和探讨如何实施全过程造价控制机制,确保建筑工程成本在预算之内,保障工程质量和功能的实现。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market and the increase of cost control demand,the whole-process cost management mode has become the key to improve the economic benefits of construction projects.The whole-process cost management mode covers the whole life cycle from the initial stage of project planning to the maintenance after the completion of the project,and the goal is to realize the rational utilization of project cost and the cost optimization through effective control of each stage.This paper studies and explores how to implement the whole-process cost control mechanism to ensure that the cost of construction projects is within the budget and ensure the project quality and function realization.
