“领导者”和“先锋队”是马克思主义政党的本质定位,中国共产党作为马克思主义政党,展现“领导者”和“先锋队”的作用,必须把党的领导贯穿于党的事业发展的全过程和各方面。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在坚持和发展中国特色社会主义伟大实践中,以伟大的历史主动精神、卓越的政治智慧、强烈的责任担当,始终高度重视坚持党的领导,围绕新时代坚持党的领导,从理论和实践上进行一系列卓有成效的探索,取得了丰硕成果,积累了新经验。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程上,中国共产党要不断展现新气象、新作为,必须坚持加强党的全面领导和党中央集中统一领导,健全总揽全局、协调各方的党的领导制度体系,不断健全和完善党的领导体制机制,创新和改进党的领导方式,实现在党的领导下国家和社会的兴旺发达和长治久安。

“Leader”and“vanguard”are the essential positioning of Marxist political parties,the Communist Party of China as a Marxist party,to show the role o“f leader”and“vanguard”,must run the Party's leadership through the whole process and all aspects of the development of the party's cause.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,in upholding and developing the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Party Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core has always attached great importance to upholding the leadership of the party with a great historical initiative,outstanding political wisdom,and a strong sense of responsibility.In the new era,we have made a series of fruitful explorations in theory and practice to uphold the leadership of the party,and achieved fruitful results and accumulated new experience.On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,the Communist Party of China is constantly exhibiting a new outlook and new behaviors.We must continue to strengthen the overall leadership of the Party and the centralized and unified leadership of the Central Committee of the Party,and improve the system of leadership of the Party that provides overall guidance and coordinates the efforts of all parties,we should constantly improve the Party's leadership system and mechanism,innovate and improve the Party's way of leadership,and realize the prosperity and long-term peace of the country and society under the leadership of the Party.
