基于元认知理论的金融学专业研究性教学能力提升研究

摘要 现代信息技术的飞速发展在金融领域引发了深刻的变革,对金融学专业的教学提出了重大挑战。传统的教学模式已无法满足现代需求,基于元认知理论的研究性教学成为了必然的选择。目前,金融学研究性教学能力提升受到基础设施建设的滞后、教师专业能力的不足、教学方式的局限以及学生自主学习能力的弱化等因素的制约。此外,金融学专业教学还面临着如何适应新技术和市场变化、如何在理论和实践之间取得平衡,以及如何培养学生的创新和批判性思维等挑战。元认知知识能够帮助学生理解金融的复杂场景,元认知调节可以提升学生解决复杂问题的能力,因此,元认知策略可以有效地应对金融学专业研究性教学面临的问题和挑战。强化教师的元认知指导能力、融入元认知元素优化课程设计、创建支持性的学习环境、加强学生的元认知能力培养,以及利用技术工具支持元认知学习等,都是从不同角度提升金融学专业研究性教学能力的方法,旨在培养出更多适应金融行业和经济社会发展需要的高素质人才。 The rapid development of modern information technology has triggered profound changes in the financial field,posing significant challenges to the teaching of finance majors.The traditional teaching model can no longer meet modern needs,and research-based teaching based on metacognitive theory has become an inevitable choice.At present,the improvement of research-based teaching ability in finance is constrained by factors such as lagging infrastructure construction,insufficient professional abilities of teachers,limitations in teaching methods,and weakened self-directed learning ability of students.In addition,the teaching of finance majors also faces challenges such as how to adapt to new technologies and market changes,how to strike a balance between theory and practice,and how to cultivate students"innovative and critical thinking.Metacognitive knowledge can help students understand complex financial scenarios,and metacognitive regulation can enhance their ability to solve complex problems.Therefore,metacognitive strategies can effectively address the problems and challenges faced by research-based teaching in finance.Strengthening the metacognitive guidance ability of teachers,integrating metacognitive elements to optimize course design,creating a supportive learning environment,strengthening the cultivation of students'metacognitive abilities,and using technical tools to support metacognitive learning are all methods to enhance the research-based teaching ability of finance majors from different perspectives,aiming to cultivate more high-quality talents who can adapt to the needs of the financial industry and economic and social development.
