中青年脑卒中病人家庭照顾者照护体验质性研究的Meta整合

Qualitative study on caregiving experience of family caregivers of middle-aged and young stroke patients:a Meta-integration

目的:系统整合中青年脑卒中病人照顾者照护体验的质性研究,全面了解中青年脑卒中病人家庭照顾者的情感体验和内心需求,为提高和改善照顾者生活质量提供参考。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、PsycINFO数据库中关于中青年脑卒中病人照顾者照护体验的质性研究。检索时限为建库至2023年11月1日。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JBI)循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价纳入文献质量,采用汇集性整合方法进行整合。结果:共纳入9篇文献,提炼33个研究结果,分为10个类别,最终得到3个整合结果:照顾者的多重负担,照护正向的心理体验,照顾者的需求与支持。结论:医护人员应重视中青年脑卒中病人照顾者的心理状况和照护需求,提供全方位的支持,包括心理疏导和专业教育培训等,以提升其照护能力。同时,政府和医疗机构等应提供家庭支持性的协助,以确保病人及其照顾者的生活质量得到有效保障。

Objective:To systematically integrate the qualitative research on caregiving experience of caregivers of middle-aged and young stroke patients,to comprehensively understand the emotional experience and inner needs of family caregivers of middle-aged and young stroke patients,and to provide reference for improving the quality of life of caregivers.Methods:Qualitative studies on caregiver experience of young and middle-aged stroke patients were retrieved from CBM,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,EMbase,the Cochrane Library and PsycINFO.The search deadline was from the establishment of each database until November 1,2023.The Australian Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Centre for Qualitative Research Quality Evaluation Criteria for Evidence-Based Health care were used to evaluate the quality of the included literature.The integration was carried out by the aggregative integration method.Results:A total of 9 articles were included,and 33 research results were extracted and divided into 10 categories.Finally,three integrated results were obtained:the multiple burden of caregivers,the positive psychological experience of caregiving,and the needs and support of caregivers.Conclusion:Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological status and care needs of caregivers of middle-aged and young stroke patients,and provide all-round support,including psychological counseling and professional education and training,in order to improve their care ability.At the same time,the government and medical institutions should provide family supportive assistance to ensure that the quality of life of patients and their caregivers is effectively guaranteed.
