超超临界二次再热机组猫爪上翘的原因分析及建议

摘要 通过汽缸受力和稳定性分析对汽缸猫爪上翘的现象进行研究和探讨,同时结合汽缸受力和稳定性分析,提出通过设计过程中使用外接管道的力和力矩来增强缸体的稳定性、减少管道支吊架理论计算和实现型式的偏差、减少安装过程中的安装偏差同时建议对冷态支吊架进行全面施工检查、汽机接口处弹簧型式的选取注意事项、结合转子旋转调整汽轮机布置方向等建议。 This paper studies and discusses the upturning phenomenon of the cylinder cat claw by analyzing the force and stability of the cylinder.At the same time,combining the force and stability analysis of the cylinder,it is proposed to use the force and moment of the external pipeline in the design process to strengthen the cylinder block.It is recommended to carry out a comprehensive construction inspection of the cold state support and hanger,the selection precautions for the spring type at the turbine interface,and the rotation of the rotor.Suggestions on adjusting the arrangement direction of the steam turbine.
