资本禀赋对农户有机肥替代技术采纳行为影响及作用机制

Influence and Mechanism of Capital Endowment on Farmers’Adoption of Organic Fertilizer Substitution Technology

基于陕西、甘肃2省1208份苹果种植户微观调研数据,利用二元Logistic、OLS、中介效应和调节效应模型,考察了资本禀赋对农户有机肥替代技术采纳行为的影响及作用机制。研究发现,资本禀赋对农户有机肥替代技术采纳行为具有显著正向影响,资本禀赋水平越高的农户采纳有机肥替代技术的可能性越大、采用程度越高、采纳时长越长,其中物质资本和经济资本的影响就越显著。进一步探讨作用机制后发现,资本禀赋通过提高采纳意愿影响农户有机肥替代技术采纳行为,具体表现为资本禀赋水平越高的农户对技术的采纳意愿越强烈,进而采纳有机肥替代技术的可能性越大、采用程度越高、采纳时长越长。此外,技术培训、补贴满意度对资本禀赋影响农户有机肥替代技术采纳行为具有正向调节作用,即参加技术培训、补贴满意度提升能发挥资本禀赋对农户有机肥替代技术采纳行为的促进作用。

Based on 1208 micro-survey data of apple growers in Shaanxi and Gansu provinces,this paper systematically investigated the influence and mechanism of capital endowment on farmers’adoption of organic fertilizer substitution technology by using binary logistic,OLS,intermediary effect and moderating effect models.It finds that capital endowment has a significant positive impact on farmers’adoption of organic fertilizer substitution technology.The higher the level of capital endowment farmers have,the more likely they are to adopt organic fertilizer substitution technology,the higher the adoption degree and the longer the duration of adoption,and the impact of material capital and economic capital is more significant.It further finds that capital endowment affects farmers’adoption behavior by increasing their adoption intention.Specifically,the higher the level of capital endowment farmers have,the more likely they are to increase adoption intention and adopt organic fertilizer substitution technology,the higher the adoption degree and the longer the duration of adoption.In addition,technical training and subsidy satisfaction can moderate the impact of capital endowment on farmers’adoption of organic fertilizer substitution technology.Namely,participation in technical training and the improvement of subsidy satisfaction can enhance the promotion effect of capital endowment on farmers’adoption of organic fertilizer substitution technology.
