基于Ahmadi模式的延续护理干预对人工髋关节置换术患者自护能力及功能锻炼依从性的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention Based on Ahmadi Model on Self-care Ability and Functional Exercise Compliance of Patients Undergoing Artificial Hip Replacement

目的 回顾性分析基于Ahmadi模式的延续护理干预在人工髋关节置换术中的临床应用效果。方法 收集郑州大学第一附属医院2022年11月至2023年11月96例人工髋关节置换术患者,按护理方法不同分为Ahmadi组(48例)、常规组(48例),常规组接受常规护理,Ahmadi组在此基础上接受基于Ahmadi模式的延续护理干预。比较两组髋关节功能[Harris髋关节功能评分量表(Harris评分)]、并发症发生率、自护能力[自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)]、功能锻炼依从性、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)]。结果 干预后,Ahmadi组Harris评分高于常规组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,Ahmadi组ESCA评分高于常规组(P<0.05);Ahmadi组功能锻炼依从率(100.00%)高于常规组(87.50%)(P<0.05);干预后,Ahmadi组GQOL-74评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 人工髋关节置换术患者接受基于Ahmadi模式的延续护理干预,能提高功能锻炼依从性、自护能力,改善髋关节功能,从而提高生活质量。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application effect of continuous nursing intervention based on Ahmadi model in artificial hip replacement.Methods A total of 96 patients with artificial hip replacement in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2022 to November 2023 were collected and divided into Ahmadi group(48 cases)and conventional group(48 cases)according to different nursing methods.The conventional group received routine nursing,and the Ahmadi group received continued nursing intervention based on Ahmadi model.Hip function(Harris hip function scale),complication rate,self-care ability[the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)],functional exercise compliance,and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Harris score of Ahmadi group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the ESCA score of Ahmadi group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of functional exercise in the Ahmadi group(100.00%)was higher than that in the conventional group(87.50%)(P<0.05).After intervention,GQOL-74 score in the Ahmadi group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention based on Ahmadi model can improve functional exercise compliance,self-care ability,hip function and quality of life in patients with artificial hip replacement.
