基于医护一体化的精细化营养支持对食管癌术后患者恢复的影响

Effect of Refined Nutritional Support Based on Medical and Nursing Integration on Postoperative Recovery of Esophageal Cancer Patients

目的 分析基于医护一体化的精细化营养支持对食管癌术后患者恢复的效果。方法 回顾性分析,收集2022年8月至2023年10月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院胸外科收治的98例接受手术治疗的食管癌患者资料,将接受精细化营养支持护理干预的49例患者资料纳入对照组,接受基于医护一体化的精细化营养支持护理干预49例患者资料纳入观察组。比较两组患者术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生情况、营养状态、生活质量。结果 观察组术后排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组吞咽困难评分升高,其他领域评分降低,且观察组吞咽困难评分高于对照组,其他领域评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于医护一体化的精细化营养支持可促进食管癌术后恢复,改善患者营养状态,减少术后并发症发生,提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of refined nutritional support based on medical and nursing integration on postoperative recovery of esophageal cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect data from 98 esophageal cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2022 to October 2023.The data of 49 patients who received refined nutritional support nursing intervention were included in the control group,and the data of 49 patients who received refined nutritional support nursing intervention based on medical and nursing integration were included in the observation group.The postoperative recovery,incidence of postoperative complications,nutritional status and quality of life were compared between two groups of patients.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group had shorter postoperative exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),and prealbumin(PA)increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the swallowing difficulty scores increased in both groups,while scores in other areas decreased.The observation group had a higher swallowing difficulty score than the control group,while scores in other areas were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nutritional support based on medical and nursing integration can promote postoperative recovery of esophageal cancer,improve patient nutritional status,reduce postoperative complications,and improve patient quality of life.
