摘要
群聚传播时代的互联网舆情是一种关系势能,其发端于群聚传播的“聚集”本质,这一本质由人类群聚本能的回归与重现以及媒介技术集置属性的凸显共同决定,具体包括舆情主体的聚集、舆情客体即舆情事件的聚集,以及舆情本体也即社会情感的聚集。这一聚集是动态化和情境化的、过程性和关系性的,且具体呈现为各行动主体在媒介关系实践过程中的协作与冲撞。作为一种主体媒介关系实践的表征,互联网舆情呈现出了涌现性、反复性、交融性和相似性等特点。群聚传播的主体关系偏向决定了要从主体媒介关系实践的三个维度出发来探讨互联网舆情治理中的价值依循,具体包括在个体关系层面注重个体情绪的表达和传递,引导个体心理向善;文化关系层面寻求群体间的协调与平衡,促动集体氛围营构;社会关系层面关照公共领域的整治和重建,倡导理性对话展开。
Internet public opinion in the era of internet-based assembly communication is a kind of relational potential,which originates from the "assembling" nature of assembly communication,and is jointly determined by the return and reappearance of the human instinct to highlight the set property of media technology,specifically including the assembling of the subject of public opinion and the assembling of the object(which means the event);and the assembling of the body (which refers to the social emotion of public opinion).This assemblage is dynamic,contextualized,processual,and relational,and it is specifically presented as the collaboration and collision of the subjects in the process of media relations practice.As a representation of the subject's media relations practice,Internet public opinion is characterized by emergence,recurrence,intermingling,and similarity.The subjective relational bias of internet-based assembly communication determines that the values of Internet public opinion governance should be explored from the three dimensions of subjective media relational practices,including focusing on the expression and transmission of individual emotions at the individual relational level,guiding the individual psychology toward goodness;seeking coordination and balance among groups at the cultural relational level,and promoting the construction of a collective atmosphere;and paying attention to the remediation and reconstruction of the public sphere at the social relational level,advocating the development of rational dialogues.The social relations level is concerned with the improvement and reconstruction of the public sphere and advocates rational dialog.
