摘要
目的:分析坐式八段锦联合踝泵运动干预对肺栓塞患者血栓相关指标、心肺功能的影响。方法:选择2021年3月—2023年3月在钦州市第二人民医院诊疗的144例肺栓塞患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各72例。两组均接受对症治疗,在此基础上对照组给予踝泵运动干预,观察组给予踝泵运动联合坐式八段锦干预。对比两组干预前及干预2个月后的血流动力学指标(血流峰速度、血流平均速度、血流量)、心肺功能[血高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB-1)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC%)]水平。结果:干预后,两组血流峰速度、血流平均速度、血流量水平均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组HMGB-1、cTnI水平低于干预前,FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC%水平高于干预前,且观察组HMGB-1、cTnI水平低于对照组,FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC%水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺栓塞患者采用坐式八段锦联合踝泵运动干预可改善其血流动力学水平,提高心肺功能。
Objective:To analyze the effects of sitting Baduanjin combined with ankle pump exercise on thrombus related indexes and cardiopulmonary function in patients with pulmonary embolism.Method:A total of 144 patients with pulmonary embolism diagnosed and treated in the Second People's Hospital of Qinzhou from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 72 cases in each group.Both groups received symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was given ankle pump exercise intervention,and the observation group was given ankle pump exercise combined with sitting Baduanjin intervention.Hemodynamic parameters(peak blood flow velocity,average blood flow velocity,blood flow),cardiopulmonary function[high mobility group box-1 protein(HMGB-1),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC%)]before and 2 months after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the peak blood flow velocity,average blood flow velocity and blood flow level in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of HMGB-1 and cTnI in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the levels of FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC%in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the levels of HMGB-1 and cTnI in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC%in control group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemodynamic level and cardiopulmonary function of patients with pulmonary embolism can be improved by the intervention of sitting Baduanjin combined with ankle pump exercise.
