钙结合蛋白S100A12在呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 S100A12蛋白由S100A12基因编码,是一种低分子量蛋白,主要表达于中性粒细胞,也可被一些细胞诱导表达,一般以同源二聚体的形式存在于人体中,并广泛地参与细胞内外生物学过程。近年来研究发现,S100A12蛋白有可能用于呼吸系统疾病及其他领域,用于检测部分呼吸系统疾病的存在,评估疾病严重程度,预测各类相关疾病的临床治疗结果和疾病预后。本文将对S100A12蛋白的结构、功能及其在呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展进行综述。
