基于《伤寒论》温阳法探讨眩晕的辨治思路

Exploring the Idea of Chinese Medicine Treatment for Vertigo Based on the Warming Yang Method of Treaties on Febrile Disease

眩晕的病因病机较为复杂,其中有因阳虚所致者,人体阳虚可导致水饮、痰湿、瘀血等病理变化发生,进而影响气血津液运行、输布,其上可促使脑组织能量代谢发生障碍,脑失所养,故易发眩晕。而最早张仲景在其所著《伤寒论》中就明确提出了因阳虚所致眩晕的相关论述及具体方药,因此,文章主要就阳虚与眩晕的发病及《伤寒论》相关条文中运用温阳法治疗眩晕进行总结,进而对温阳法辨治眩晕进行探讨,以拓宽临床治疗眩晕的辨治思路和方法。

The etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo are relatively complex,including those caused by yang deficiency.For human body,yang deficiency can lead to pathological changes such as fluid retention syndrome,phlegm and dampness,blood stasis,which then further affect the movement and distribution of qi,blood and body fluids consequently causing the disturbance of energy metabolism and nutrient drain in brain tissue,and ultimately bring about vertigo.In Treaties on Febrile Disease,Zhang Zhongjing first clearly put forward the relevant discussion and specific prescription on vertigo caused by yang deficiency.Therefore,this article mainly discusses the pathogenesis of yang deficiency and vertigo and the inspiration from the application of warming yang method to treat vertigo? in the relevant articles of Treatise on Febrile Disease,and then discusses the differentiation and treatment of vertigo with warming yang method,so as to simultaneously expand horizon of thinking and accumulate methods in clinical treatment of vertigo.
