摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定羊藿三七胶囊中朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、淫羊藿次苷Ⅰ和宝藿苷Ⅰ的含量,为羊藿三七胶囊质量标准的提升提供依据。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果:线性和范围分别为朝藿定C:Y=1.9838x+48.464,r=0.9997(n=8),421.60~3372.80μg;淫羊藿苷:Y=2.2299x+43.786,r=0.9997(n=8),433.60~3468.80μg;淫羊藿次苷Ⅰ:Y=2.3527x+1.6429,r=0.9994(n=8)74.64~597.12μg;宝藿苷Ⅰ:Y=3.1305x+9.4286,r=0.9996(n=8),在481.64~653.12μg范围内线性关系良好。朝藿定C的平均回收率为100.06%,RSD为0.3%;淫羊藿苷的平均回收率为100.51%,RSD为0.8%;淫羊藿次苷Ⅰ的平均回收率为100.16%,RSD为0.8%;宝藿苷Ⅰ的平均回收率为100.21%,RSD为0.8%。结论:建立的方法简便快捷、重复性良好、准确度较高、分离度较好,可用于羊藿三七胶囊中朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、淫羊藿次苷Ⅰ、宝藿苷Ⅰ的含量测定。
Objective High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to simultaneously determine the contents of epimedin C、icariin、epimedium glycoside Iand baohuoside I in Yanghuo Sanqi capsules,Provide a basis for improving the quality standards of Yanghuo Sanqi Capsules.Methods Chromatographic column with octadecyl silane bonded silica gel as filler,The mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution,gradient elution,The flow rate is 1mL/min,The detection wavelength is 270 nm,The column temperature is 30 ℃,Injection volume is 10 L.Results The linearity and range are:epimedin C:Y=1.9838x+48.464,r=0.9997(n=8),421.60-3372.80 μg;cariin:Y=2.2299x+43.786,r=0.9997(n=8),433.60-3468.80 μg;Epimedium glycoside I:Y=2.3527x+1.6429,r=0.9994(n=8),74.64-597.12 μg;Baohuoside I Y=3.1305x+9.4286,r=0.9996(n=8),between 481.64 and 653.12 μg The linear relationship within the range of g is good.The average recovery rate of epimedin C is 100.06%,with an RSD of 0.3%;The average recovery rate of icariin is 100.51%,with an RSD of 0.8%;The average recovery rate of epimedium glycoside I was 100.16%,with an RSD of 0.8%;The average recovery rate of Baohuoside I is 100.21%,with an RSD of 0.8%.Conclusion The established method is simple and fast、with good repeatability,high accuracy,and good separation,It can be used for the content determination of epimedin C,icariin,epimedium glycoside I and pogoside I in Yanghuosanqi capsules.
