刘磊基于“金水相生”理论治疗非小细胞肺癌术后咳嗽经验

Liu Lei's Experience in Treating Postoperative Cough of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Based on the Theory of “Gold and Water Phase Production”

肺癌术后咳嗽在临床治疗上存在易复发、长期疗效欠佳的问题,中医药治疗具有辨证论治,治病求因的特点。文章总结了刘磊副教授治疗肺癌术后咳嗽的临证经验,刘磊副教授认为肺癌术后咳嗽病位主在肺肾,在五行对应关系中,肺属金,肾属水,金为水之母,若金虚,母病及子,日久可及肾,终致肺肾两虚。其病机为肺肾阴虚,阴虚生热,虚火上炎,肺失肃降,气机上逆,治疗上依据“金水相生”理论,以滋养肺肾、止咳平喘为主。结合团队前期理论研究及多年临床经验,刘磊副教授认为,中医学在治疗肺癌术后咳嗽方面疗效较好,对肺癌术后肺肾阴虚型咳嗽患者使用百合固金汤合生脉散加减治疗,可有效改善其临床症状,提高其免疫功能,进而提高其生存质量。附临床验案1例予以佐证。
