摘要
增强子是一类重要的顺式作用元件,通过调控其靶基因的时空表达在动物发育过程中起着重要作用。超级增强子由增强子集群组成,具有比普通增强子更为重要的生物学功能,研究增强子和超级增强子有助于揭示基因组内部复杂的工作原理。本文围绕家养动物增强子和超级增强子全基因组水平上的筛选、潜在功能、活性分析以及变异研究进行综述,以期为进一步开展动物功能基因组学的研究提供参考。
Enhancers are an important class of cis-acting elements that play an important role in animal development by regulating the temporal and spatial expression of their target genes.Super enhancers are composed of enhanced subsets and have more important biological functions than ordinary enhancers.Studying enhancers and super enhancers helps to reveal the complex inner workings of the genome.This review focuses on the genome-wide screening,potential functions,activity analysis and variation studies of enhancers and super enhancers in domestic animals,in order to provide references for further research on animal functional genomics.
