摘要 旨在深入分析智能巡视技术的发展现状、面临的挑战以及未来的应用前景,为电气设备的安全和高效运行提供新的视角。在现代工业化的进程中,电气设备的重要性不言而喻,它不仅支撑着工业生产的核心运作,也是确保安全、高效运营的关键因素。随着技术的发展,尤其是自动化和智能化的不断推进,电气设备的管理和维护变得更加复杂且重要。然而,现实中的一些挑战,如设备运行中的技术故障、人工巡视的安全风险以及效率问题,不断凸显出传统巡视方法的局限性。探讨了智能巡视技术在电气设备管理中的应用,通过自动化和智能化手段,提高了安全性、效率和准确性。智能巡视技术的引入不仅能够减少人员在高风险环境中的暴露,还能通过先进的数据分析提高故障诊断的效率和准确性。 The importance of electrical equipment is self-evident in the process of modern industrialization.They not only support the core operations of industrial production,but also are key factors in ensuring safe and efficient operations.With the development of technology,especially the continuous advancement of automation and intelligence,the management and maintenance of electrical equipment have become more complex and important.However,some challenges in reality,such as technical failures during equipment operation,safety risks of manual inspections,and efficiency issues,constantly highlight the limitations of traditional inspection methods.We will explore the application of intelligent inspection technology in electrical equipment management,which aims to improve safety,efficiency,and accuracy through automation and intelligent means.The introduction of intelligent inspection technology can not only reduce personnel exposure in high-risk environments,but also improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis through advanced data analysis.This article aims to deeply analyze the current development status,challenges,and future application prospects of intelligent inspection technology,providing a new perspective for the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment.
