摘要
大型发电厂的烟气脱硫系统具有复杂化、自动化程度高等特点。围绕某大型发电厂的烟气脱硫系统的设计展开了一系列分析,介绍了烟气脱硫系统的作用与意义,针对烟气脱硫系统的组成情况及关键部分的设计方案进行了重点描述说明,包括吸收塔、湿式电除尘器、吸收剂制备系统、物料再循环及排放系统、工艺水系统、控制系统几大子系统模块内容,并展示了该系统的168h试运行情况。通过对大型发电厂烟气脱硫系统的设计与应用探究,为相关行业工作人员提供技术参考和依据。
In order to explore the complexity and high degree of automation of the flue gas desulfurization system in a large power plant,a series of analyses were conducted around the design of the flue gas desulfurization system in a certain power plant.The role and significance of the flue gas desulfurization system were introduced,with a focus on the composition of the flue gas desulfurization system and the design scheme of key parts,including the absorption tower,wet electrostatic precipitator,absorbent preparation system,material recycling and emission system,process water system,and control system modules.The 168h trial operation of the system was also presented.By exploring the design and application of flue gas desulfurization systems in large power plants,technical reference and basis can be provided for relevant industry workers.
