通过对建筑工程造价影响因素的分析,提出了一系列降低工程造价的对策。首先,提高设计阶段和各施工阶段对工程造价管理的重视程度,以减少浪费、降低成本、优化设计方案、减少设计变更,同时需在施工各阶段加强现场的成本监控和物资管理;其次,提高预算编制水平以更准确地估算工程成本。精细管理与监控能够确保施工进度和质量,减少工程损失和返工。有效采购与合作可以降低材料和设备成本。加强市场监督,促进市场竞争和资源优化利用,优选供应商和承包商;最后,提高施工人员整体的专业性对于确保工程施工质量和降低最终的工程造价具有重要影响。通过分析和研究,提出了一系列建议。合理控制建筑工程造价对项目的成功实施和投资回报至关重要,对建筑工程管理者和投资者具有重大意义。
The article proposes a series of countermeasures to reduce construction costs by analyzing the factors affecting construction project costs.Firstly,increasing the importance of engineering cost management in the design and construction stages,in-depth design can reduce unnecessary waste and costs,optimize design schemes,reduce design changes.And it is important to strengthen on-site cost monitoring and material management in each construction stage.Secondly,improving the level of budget preparation can more accurately estimate engineering costs.Fine management and monitoring can ensure construction progress and quality,reduce project losses and rework.Effective procurement and cooperation can reduce material and equipment costs.Strengthen market supervision,promote market competition and optimize resource utilization,and select suppliers and contractors.In addition,improving the overall professionalism of construction personnel has a significant impact on ensuring the quality of engineering construction and the final cost of the project.Through analysis and research,the article has drawn a series of conclusions and suggestions.Reasonable control of construction project costs is crucial for the successful implementation and investment return of projects,and is of great significance to construction project managers and investors.
