炎症性心肌病的机制及治疗进展

Advances in the Pathogenesis and Treatment of Inflammatory Cardiomyopathy

心肌炎及炎症相关的心肌损伤可导致心力衰竭,其病因具有异质性,可由病毒等微生物感染或由有毒物质、全身免疫介导等引起。炎症性心肌病的病理特征是心肌炎症细胞浸润,多种炎症细胞在心肌损伤、修复和重构过程中发挥重要作用,影响到炎症性心肌病的预后。现对炎症性心肌病的机制和治疗的现有研究证据做一综述。

Heart failure can result from myocarditis and inflammation-related myocardial damage.The etiology of myocarditis and inflammatory cardiomyopathy is heterogeneous and can be caused by microbial infections such as viruses,toxic substances,systemic immune mediations,etc.The pathological feature of inflammatory cardiomyopathy is the infiltration of myocardial inflammatory cells,which play an important role in the process of myocardial injury,repair and remodeling,and affect the prognosis of inflammatory cardiomyopathy.The pathogenesis and treatment for myocarditis and inflammatory cardiomyopathy are reviewed in this article.
