煤化工厂区废气循环与治理一体化技术分析与应用

摘要 在煤化工厂区生产及运行阶段,不仅涉及大量的能源及资源供应,工艺流程复杂,更可能在相应环节出现废水、废渣及废气等多种排放物,一旦处理不到位,则会引起环境污染等问题。尤其是部分厂区,由于既有的设计及技术配置存在缺陷,易出现尾气二氧化硫超标,化工区发挥性有机物不符合环保要求的不良情况,需将废气循环与治理有机结合,基于一体化技术对燃烧系统的功能进行优化完善,在增强煤炉加热能力的同时,从整体上节约回炉煤气量,实现脱硫净化处理的“零排放”目标。针对煤化工厂区废气循环与治理一体化技术展开了研究与讨论。 In the production and operation stage of the coal gasification plant area,not only does it involve a large amount of energy and resource supply,but the process flow is complex.It is also possible to produce various emissions such as wastewater,waste residue,and exhaust gas in the corresponding links.Once not treated properly,it can cause environmental pollution and other problems.Especially in some factory areas,due to defects in existing design and technical configuration,it is easy to encounter adverse situations such as excessive sulfur dioxide in exhaust gas and organic matter in chemical zones that do not meet environmental requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to organically combine exhaust gas circulation and treatment,optimize and improve the function of the combustion system based on integrated technology,enhance the heating capacity of the coal furnace,and save the amount of gas in the furnace as a whole,achieving the"zero emission"goal of desulfurization and purification treatment.The integration technology of waste gas circulation and treatment in coal chemical were plantstudied and discussed.
