双水相体系萃取发酵液中的1,3-丁二醇

Extraction of 1,3-Butanediol from Fermentation Broth in a Two-Phase Aqueous System

摘要 研究了乙醇/磷酸氢二钾-水和乙酸乙酯/葡萄糖-磷酸氢二钾-水两种双水相体系萃取发酵液中的1,3-丁二醇,考察了双水相体系中有机溶剂的种类及质量分数、分相盐种类及质量分数对1,3-丁二醇萃取率的影响,得到了最佳的萃取条件:乙醇(质量分数20.0%)/磷酸氢二钾(质量分数27.3%)体系,分配系数和回收率分别为20.1%和98.3%;葡萄糖(质量分数17%)/乙酸乙酯(质量分数40.0%)体系,并加入磷酸氢二钾(质量分数4.0%),萃取率为95.0%。这些工艺对发酵液中1,3-丁二醇分离纯化具有一定的应用价值,其中,糖析体系更是节约了盐的使用量,对工业化更加友好。 In this paper,we studied the extraction of 1,3-butanediol from fermentation broth by two double-phase aqueous systems:ethanol/dipotassium hydrogen phosphate-water and ethyl acetate-glucose-dipotassium hydrogen phosphate-water,and investigated the effects of the type and mass fraction of organic solvent and the type and mass fraction of fractionated salt in the double-phase aqueous system on the extraction rate of 1,3-butanediol,and obtained the optimal extraction conditions:ethanol(20%)/dipotassium hydrogen phosphate(27.3%)system with partition coefficient and recovery of 20.1 and 98.32%,respectively;and glucose(17%)/ethyl acetate(40%)system with the addition of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate(4%),with 95%extraction rate.These processes are valuable for the separation and purification of 1,3-butanediol from fermentation broth,where the sugar precipitation system is even more salt saving and more friendly for industrialization.
