探究SBS改性沥青热稳定性的影响

摘要 以四种SBS改性沥青为试验材料,分别在153,163,173℃三种不同温度和不同加热时间下通过进行离析试验,考察高温及时间对聚合物发生凝聚与基质沥青分离的过程,探寻温度及热储存时间对改性沥青离析的影响,从而指导SBS改性沥青最佳热储存的时间及温度。试验结果表明,SBS改性沥青离析程度随温度升高而减小,在153~163℃温度区间内减小的幅度较大,而在163~173℃区间内减小的幅度较小;改性沥青离析程度随着时间的加长最初而增加,24 h差值最小,48 h差值最大。因此在改性沥青离析模拟试验中储存温度一般为163~173℃,热储存时间不应超过48 h,此条件下,改性沥青稳定性好,能量消耗少。 In this paper,four kinds of SBS modified asphalt were used as experimental materials,and the segregation tests were carried out at 153,163 and 173℃under different temperatures and different heating times,the effects of temperature and heat storage time on the segregation of SBS modified asphalt were investigated to guide the optimal heat storage time and temperature of SBS modified asphalt.The experimental results show that the segregation degree of SBS modified asphalt decreases with the increase of temperature,and the decrease range is larger in the range of 153~163℃,but smaller in the range of 163~173℃The segregation degree of modified asphalt increases initially with the increase of time.The difference value of 24 h is the smallest,and that of 48h is the largest.Therefore,the storage temperature of modified asphalt is 163~173℃,and the heat storage time should not exceed 48 hours.Under this condition,the modified asphalt has good stability and less energy consumption.
