双网络水凝胶研究进展

摘要 双网络水凝胶由两种或多种聚合物网络交织而成,具有优异的力学性能、可调的相分离结构和良好的环境适应性。本文综述了双网络水凝胶的制备方法、分类、性质及其应用。制备方法主要包括两步聚合法、一锅法等。根据交联方式的不同,双网络水凝胶可分为化学交联双网络水凝胶、全物理交联双网络水凝胶、杂化物理化学交联双网络水凝胶等。双网络水凝胶具有优异的力学性能、吸附性能、自修复性能以及较好的溶胀性能等特点,在医学、电子器件、组织工程、吸附等领域具有重要的应用前景。然而,双网络水凝胶的制备工艺复杂、成本高、环境影响大等问题仍解决。未来的研究方向包括开发新型制备方法、优化材料性能、拓展应用领域等。 Double network hydrogel is composed of two or more polymer networks,which has excellent mechanical properties,adjustable phase separation structure and good environmental adaptability.The preparation methods,classification,properties and applications of double network hydrogels are reviewed in this paper.The preparation methods mainly include two-step polymerization method,one pot method,etc.According to the different cross-linking methods,the double network hydrogels can be divided into chemical cross-linked double networkhydrogels,all physical cross-linked double network hydrogels,hybrid physical and chemical cross-linked double network hydrogels,etc.Double network hydrogels have strong mechanical properties,high adsorption,self-healing,good swelling and other characteristics,and have important application prospects in medicine,electronic devices,machinery manufacturing,adsorption materials and other fields.However,the problems of complex preparation process,high cost,and large environmental impact of double network hydrogels are still solved.The future research directions include developing new preparation methods,optimizing material properties,and expanding application fields.
