The Study of Testing for Inorganic Minerals Heating Values

无机矿物粉体大多数不可燃,少部分因其分解温度与火焰燃烧温度区间吻合,可在燃烧时分解吸热而作为阻燃剂使用。随着防火阻燃材料的新国标GB 8624—2018的实行,逐步推广防火阻燃等级更高的A2级材料,亟需对材料的核心指标燃烧热值进行控制、研究。对复合型建材中常用的无机矿物填料进行燃烧热值检测,通过检测方法的改进及测试结果的分析,以期为阻燃防火类复合材料的研发提供技术支持。

Most of inorganic minerals can’t be ignited,a few can be used by flame retardant materials because of its decomposition temperature agree with general flame temperature.With the applying of the National Standards for China(GB 8624-2018),the heating values of material have to be analyzed.The study is about of testing for inorganic minerals heating values,and how to improve the flame retardant compositional material to A2 class.
