In the loop polypropylene plant,there are often abnormal problems such as the blockage of the overflow line of the precontact tank D201,the blockage of the online mixer Z203,and the blockage of the feed line from Z203 to the prepolymerization reactor R200,especially the frequent blockage of the online mixer Z203,which leads to the blockage of the reactor feed and affects the smooth operation of the plant.Starting from the actual operation of the device,this paper analyzes the reasons for the blockage of the on-line mixer Z203 from the aspects of catalyst,human and other factors,and puts forward the standardized switching mode in the case of emergency to ensure the normal operation of the device.
