共享价值视角下我国青少年体育俱乐部发展研究

Youth Sports Club Development from the Perspective of Shared Value

运用实地调查、案例分析等方法,探讨共享价值视角下青少年体育俱乐部发展价值、困境,并提出发展路径。价值:创造社会效益,为公众带来社会福利;满足公共需求,促进多方共同发展。困境:服务定位偏差,资源互补有限,合作成效不足。发展路径:“服务+发展”双元使命深化理念契合,“融合+互补”多元资源促进发展效应,“公益+共益”双维成效推动可持续发展。

By using the methods of field investigation and case analysis,this paper discussed the development value and dilemma of youth sports clubs from the perspective of shared value,and put forward the development path.Value:It creates social benefits to bring social welfare to the public,meets public needs to promote common development among multiple parties.Dilemma:There are deviations in service positioning,limited resource complementarity,and insufficient cooperation results.Path:We should make the dual mission of"service+development"deepen the compatibility of ideas,"integration+complementation"multiple resources promote development effect,and"public welfare+common benefit"dual effects promote sustainable development.
