Institutional Evolution, Contemporary Characteristics, and Functional Positioning of Rural Collective Economy From the Perspective of Common Prosperity

作为农村集体所有制的承载主体,我国农村集体经济组织的制度演变始终从唯物主义历史观出发,致力于推进农村农民共同富裕的奋斗目标。当前,我国农村经济发展已经达到小康水平,农村集体资源性资产存量丰厚,非经营性资产和经营性资产规模持续增长,为扎实推进农村农民共同富裕提供了社会条件和经济基础。在农村经济社会发展新需求和农村集体资产现状约束下,新阶段农村集体经济需通过优化主导产业布局、优化农村资源配置、助推乡村有效治理等路径来推动农村农民共同富裕。

As the main carrier of rural collective ownership,the institutional evolution of rural collective economic organizations in China has always followed the materialist historical perspective,and is committed to promoting the goal of common prosperity for rural farmers.At present,the development of rural economic in China has reached a moderately prosperous level,the stock of rural collective resource assets is abundant.The scale of non-operating assets and operating assets continues to grow,providing social conditions and economic foundation for solidly promoting common prosperity for rural farmers.Under the constraints of new demands for rural economic and social development and the current situation of rural collective assets,the rural collective economy in the new stage needs to promote the common prosperity of rural farmers by promoting the optimization of the layout of leading industries,the optimization of rural resource allocation,and the promotion of effective rural governance.
