党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视意识形态工作,并就意识形态工作作出了一系列战略部署。伴随网络空间、传播方式的深刻变化,非主流意识形态的渗透以及主流意识形态建设的不足等问题,主流意识形态的传播力、影响力、吸引力被削弱,加强新时代网络主流意识形态话语权建设成为当前意识形态工作的着力点之一。因此,要适应新时代网络空间新特质,进一步加强主体建设、优化网络环境、创新话语表达,才能让主流意识形态牢牢占领网络空间话语权主导地位,不断巩固和壮大新时代奋进的主流思想舆论。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Central Committee of the CPC with Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to ideological work and made a series of strategic arrangements for ideological work.With the profound changes in cyberspace and communication methods,the infiltration of non-mainstream ideology,and the insufficient construction of mainstream ideology,the communication power,influence and attraction of mainstream ideology have been weakened.Strengthening the construction of discourse power of mainstream ideology in the new era has become one of the focuses of current ideological work.Therefore,it is necessary to adapt to the new characteristics of cyberspace in the new era,further strengthen the subject construction,optimize the cyberspace environment and innovate discourse expression,so that mainstream ideology can firmly occupy the dominant position of discourse power in cyberspace,and continually consolidate and expand the mainstream ideological public opinion that is striving for progress in the new era.
