基于因子分析的ADDIE理论模型优化研究——以《工程造价管理》为例

摘要 针对当前大学专业课堂学生参与度不高的现象,依据ADDIE理论,通过因子分析以及聚类法优化并重新设计理论执行阶段,应用于《工程造价管理》课程进行为期一个学期的教学实证。利用spss软件对问卷数据进行分析,结果表明相较于传统ADDIE理论体系,被动导向型教学活动、兴趣激发型教学活动、主动引导型教学活动以及过程控制教学活动的设计可以进一步优化该理论应用效果。 Aiming at the phenomenon of low student participation in the current university professional classroom,this study is based on the ADDIE theory,optimized and redesigned the theoretical implementation stage through factor analysis and clustering method,and applied to the Engineering Cost Management course for one semester of teaching evidence.The questionnaires were analyzed by spss,and the results showed that compared with the traditional ADDIE theory system,the design of passive-oriented teaching activities,interest-inspired teaching activities,active-guided teaching activities,and process-controlled teaching activities can further optimize the effectiveness of the application of the theory.
