装配式建筑施工阶段成本影响因素研究

Study on the Factors Influencing theConstruction Stage Cost of Assembled Buildings

装配式建筑成本高是阻碍其发展的主要因素,为解决这一问题,以实际项目为切入点,对比装配式建筑与现浇式建筑施工阶段各部分成本差异,找出装配式建筑在施工阶段中成本影响因素,运用熵权法确定指标权重。结果显示安装阶段是主要因素,其次构件标准化程度、施工方案合理性、生产激励政策因素占比权重较大。

The high cost of prefabricated buildings is the main factor that hinders its development.In order to solve the cost problem of prefabricated buildings,this paper compares the cost differences between prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place buildings in the construction stage,finds out the cost influencing factors of prefabricated buildings in the construction stage,and uses entropy weight method to determine the index weight.The results show that the installation stage is the main factor,followed by the degree of component standardization,the rationality of construction scheme and the factors of production incentive policy.
