智慧水务大数据综合管控平台建设——以南京市鼓楼区为例

摘要 随着物联网、云计算、大数据等新技术的涌现,智慧水务已成为各地助推水务工作高质量发展的有效手段。近年来,南京市鼓楼区从区域水情实际出发,构建水务信息化系统,并在日常水务建设、管理养护等方面取得一定成效。根据主城区排水系统上、中、下游的不同特点,探讨了鼓楼区智慧水务大数据管控平台在水岸网一体化治理方面的具体应用与实践案例,构建了南京市鼓楼区水务大数据综合管控平台体系,并分析了体系构建过程中引发的思考,为城市水务管理以及智慧水务建设和发展提供一定参考。 With the emergence of new technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing and big data,smart water management has become an effective means to promote the high-quality development of water management in various regions.In recent years,Gulou District of Nanjing City has constructed a water information system based on the actual regional water situation,and has achieved certain results in daily water construction,management and maintenance.According to the characteristics of upstream,midstream and downstream drainage systems in the main urban area,we explored the specific application and practical case of the Gulou District smart water big data control platform in the integrated governance of water bank network,constructed the Gulou District water big data comprehensive control platform system,and discussed the thoughts triggered during the system construction process,providing some reference for urban water management and smart water construction and development.
