局部皮下蒂皮瓣修复非黑色素瘤皮肤癌一期切除术后缺损的效果及安全性

Exploring the repair effect and safety of local subcutaneous pedicle skin flap for defects after primary resection of non melanoma skin cancer

目的探究局部皮下蒂皮瓣对非黑色素瘤皮肤癌一期切除术后缺损的修复效果及安全性。方法选取2016年10月至2023年10月我院非黑色素瘤皮肤癌患者80例。对照组实施传统缝合(n=40),观察组采用皮下蒂皮瓣修复(n=40)。对比两组患者修复疗效、治疗后满意程度及不良反应。结果观察组患者修复疗效总有效率为95.00%大于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后总满意度为97.50%大于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);术后两组患者各项创面评分均升高,且观察组更高,均有差异(P<0.05);观察组患者术后总不良反应发生率为7.50%低于对照组的27.50%(P<0.05)。结论对非黑色素瘤皮肤癌,于一期切除术后采用皮下蒂皮瓣修复的治疗方法,不仅可以提升患者术后愈合情况,还可以提高术后满意度,降低不良反应的发生,提高安全性。

Objective Exploring the repair effect and safety of local subcutaneous pedicle skin flap for defects after primary resection of non melanoma skin cancer.Methods Select 80 patients with non melanoma skin cancer in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2023.The control group received traditional suture(n=40),while the observation group received subcutaneous pedicle flap repair(n=40).Compare the repair efficacy,post-treatment satisfaction,and adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results In the observation group,repair efficacy was 95.00%,higher than the control group's 75.00%(P<0.05).Post-treatment satisfaction was 97.50%in the observation group,surpassing the control group's 80.00%(P<0.05).Pre-surgery wound scores were similar in both groups(P>0.05),but post-surgery,the observation group scored higher,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had a lower postoperative adverse reaction rate of 7.50%compared to the control group's 27.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion Using subcutaneous pedicle flap repair for non-melanoma skin cancer enhances postoperative healing,increases patient satisfaction,reduces adverse reactions,and improves safety.
