游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣用于手指软组织缺损修复中的效果观察

The effect of free radial artery superficial palm branch flap on the repair of finger soft tissue defects and its impact on finger appearance

目的探讨分析游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣用于手指软组织缺损修复中的效果及对手指外观的影响。方法于2021.6~2023.6期间,选取我院收治的手指软组织缺损患者70例,均予以游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣手术治疗,观察分析治疗情况。结果患者治疗优良率高达94.29%,患者皮瓣存活率为100%,1个月创面愈合率为97.14%,伤指感觉及活动障碍率为2.86%,创面愈合时间为(18.76±2.84)d;术后6个月患者近端与远端指关节活动度较术前显著改善(P<0.05);术后6个月满意度调查显示满意度评分为(97.36±1.82)分。结论手指软组织缺损修复中应用游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣疗效确切,皮瓣存活率、创面愈合率高,手指功能改善效果好,手指外观好,患者满意度也高。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of free radial artery superficial branch flap on the repair of finger soft tissue defects and its impact on finger appearance.Methods During the period of June 2021 to June 2023,70 patients with finger soft tissue defects admitted to our hospital were selected and treated with free radial artery superficial palm branch skin flap surgery.The treatment status was observed and analyzed.Results The excellent and good treatment rate of the patient is as high as 94.29%,the survival rate of the patient's skin flap is 100%,the one month wound healing rate is 97.14%,the rate of sensory and movement disorders of the injured finger is 2.86%,and the wound healing time is(18.76±2.84)days;Six months after surgery,the range of motion of the proximal and distal finger joints in patients significantly improved compared to before surgery(P<0.05);The satisfaction survey conducted 6 months after surgery showed a satisfaction score of(97.36±1.82)points.Conclusion The application of free radial artery superficial branch flap in the repair of finger soft tissue defects has definite therapeutic effects,high survival rate and wound healing rate of the flap,good improvement effect of finger function,good appearance of the finger,and high patient satisfaction.
