富血小板血浆联合常规药物治疗雄激素性脱发有效性和安全性的meta分析

The efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma combined with conventional drugs for thetreatment of androgenetic alopecia: Meta-analysis

目的系统评价富血小板血浆联合常规药物治疗雄激素性脱发患者的有效性和安全性。方法PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Wiley online library等数据库,检索自建库至2024年2月10日发表的PRP联合常规药物治疗雄激素性脱发患者的英文文献。对纳入的文献进行数据提取,运用Cochrane系统评价员手册进行质量评价,应用相关统计软件进行分析。结果共纳入7项研究,合计396例患者。Meta分析结果显示:联合组在增加平均毛发密度和直径方面的疗效优于对照组(WMD=18.70,95%CI[8.00,29.40],P<0.001;WMD=11.60,95%CI[1.46,21.75],P=0.03)。在安全性上:联合PRP治疗时,患者发生不良反应的概率更低。且均未出现严重不良反应。结论联合富血小板血浆是治疗雄激素性脱发有效的治疗方法之一,但联合疗法的不良反应仍需进一步的研究和讨论。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of patients with androgenetic alopecia.Methods Through the access of PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Wiley online library and other databases,the English literatures about PRP combined with conventional drugs for the treatment of patients with androgenetic alopecia are searched,which are published until February 10,2024.Data were extracted from the included literature,quality assessment was performed using the Cochrane Systematic Reviewer's Manual,and relevant statistical software was used for analysis.Results Seven studies with a total of 396 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the combination group was better than the control group in increasing mean hair density and diameter(WMD=18.70,95%CI[8.00,29.40],P<0.001;WMD=11.60,95%CI[1.46,21.75],P=0.03).Patients in the combination therapy group had a lower probability of adverse effects,and none of them had serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The therapy combined with platelet-rich plasma is one of the effective treatments for androgenetic alopecia,but the adverse effects of combination therapy still need further research and discussion.
