糖代谢在类风湿关节炎发病中的作用

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种系统性炎症性自身免疫病,以慢性、对称性、破坏性多关节滑膜炎为特征。免疫系统的失调及炎症在其发病中发挥重要作用。近年来研究表明,糖代谢参与了免疫细胞的异常活化及炎症反应过程,与RA的发病存在密切联系。本文将阐述RA糖代谢与T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞、炎症及胰岛素抵抗的关系,以及其在发病机制中的作用,可能为RA的治疗提供新思路。 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a systemic inflammatory autoimmune disease characterized by chronic,symmetrical,destructive multijoint synovitis.Immune system disorders and inflammation play an important role in its pathogenesis.In recent years,some studies have shown that glucose metabolism is involved in the abnormal activation of immune cells and the inflammatory reaction process,which is closely related to the pathogenesis of RA.Therefore,this paper reviews the relationship between glucose metabolism and T cells,B cells,macrophages,inflammation and insulin resistance in RA,as well as its role in pathogenesis.It may provides a new idea for the treatment of RA.
