摘要
在分析斜杆配置对满堂支架承载力影响显著性及使用安全的重要性的基础上,对满堂支架斜杆或剪刀撑设置方式的演变过程进行了综述,归纳了脚手架理论发展过程中曾被采用的结构模型及对应的斜杆设置方式,分析了其结构原理及优缺点。在有限元数值模拟的基础上,系统揭示了斜杆配置方式与配置率对架体整体屈曲承载力的影响规律,为新一轮脚手架的标准编制提供了理论和试验基础。
On the basis of analyzing the importance of the diagonal brace configuration to the safety of the use of the shoring scaffold and the significant impact on the bearing capacity,the evolution process of the diagonal brace or scissor brace setting method of the shoring scaffold is summarized,the structural model and the corresponding diagonal brace setting method that have been adopted in the development of scaffold theory are summarized,and the structural principle and advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.On the basis of finite element numerical simulation,the system reveals the influence of the configuration mode and configuration rate of the diagonal brace on the overall buckling bearing capacity of the frame,which provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the standard preparation of a new round of scaffold.
