This paper explores the application of project-based teaching methodology in the practical training course of"Measurement and Valuation of Construction Engineering."By integrating teaching content into engineering projects,students are guided to complete projects to achieve teaching objectives,thereby enhancing their practical abilities and comprehensive qualities.Starting from the characteristics and usage of project-based teaching,this methodology is implemented in the practical training course of"Measurement and Valuation of Construction Engineering."Through the design of project tasks,implementation process,and summary evaluation,students'practical skills and professional qualities are cultivated.Finally,timely solutions to problems and adjustments to teaching methods are made through student inquiries and teacher feedback,improving the teaching effectiveness and quality of the course.Practice has proven that project-based teaching can effectively enhance students'learning enthusiasm and initiative,strengthen their practical abilities and comprehensive qualities,and cultivate more outstanding talents for the construction industry.
