稳流调节装置在燃气热水器上的应用

摘要 用户家中自来水管道的水压在大多情况下都是稳定的,但若碰上高峰用水时段、城市自来水管网不稳定、用户家中同一时间增加或减少了使用的水龙头,这些因素都会直接造成用户家中自来水管道水压的波动,从而引起燃气热水器热水温度的波浪形振荡。本文提出一种当今行业内比较常用的方法,在燃气热水器内增加稳流调节装置,有效的增加燃气热水器的抗干扰的能力,稳流调节装置能有效的稳定进入燃气热水器的水流量,减小由于水压波动而导致水流量的不稳定,从而减少燃气热水器出水温度的波动。 The water pressure of the tap water pipe in the user's home is stable in most cases,but if the peak water consumption period,the urban tap water pipe network is unstable,and the faucet used in the user's home is increased or reduced at the same time,these factors will directly cause the fluctuation of the water pressure of the tap water pipe in the user's home,resulting in the wave oscllation of the hot water temperature of the gas water heater.This paper puts forward a method commonly used in the industry today,adding a steady flow regulating device in the gas water heater,effectively increasing the anti-interference ability of the gas water heater,the steady flow regulating device can effectively stabilize the water flow into the gas water heater,reduce the instability of the water flow caused by the fluctuation of water pressure,so as to reduce the fluctuation of the outlet temperature of the gas water heater.
