摘要
为提高燃气采暖热水炉在复杂多变环境下的运行适应能力,本文围绕风压传感器进行了整机设计和控制逻辑设计,开发了一种燃气采暖热水炉风压智能监控技术。并通用实验研究表明:相对风压开关控制式燃气采暖热水炉,应用风压智能监控技术的燃气采暖热水炉在运行时,过剩空气系数范围更合理,抗烟道堵塞能力更强,CO排放量更低,在多变的外部环境中运行更稳定。
In order to improve the operational adaptability of gas-fired heating andhot watercombi-boiler in complex and ever-changing environments,this paper focuses on the overall design and control logic design of wind pressure sensors,and develops an intelligent monitoring technology for wind pressure of gas-fired heating andhot watercombiboiler.General experimental studies have shown that compared to gas-fired heating andhot watercombi-boiler controlled by wind pressure switches,gas-fired heating andhot watercombi-boiler using wind pressure intelligent monitoring technology have a more reasonable range of excess air coefficient,stronger resistance to flue blockage,lower CO emissions,and more stable operation in variable external environments.
