城市轨道交通地面专家诊断系统研究

摘要 基于现代互联网计算机技术、大数据平台的快速发展,智能化应用渗透到各个领域,设计出一种以无线通信和互联网为基础,以车载无线通信平台、地面监控数据分析处理平台为核心,具有高频大数据实时上传、通道高安全性传输、故障实时智能诊断分析等技术特点的城市轨道交通地面专家诊断系统。地面专家诊断系统在北京15号线应用实施,实现了全国城市线网监控、城轨车辆关键部件状态在线监视、数据管理、故障诊断分析、健康状态评估和关键子部件寿命预测模型的应用与管理,汇集了车辆数据及地面智能综合检测平台的检测数据,实现了车辆关键部件状态的可视化、评估智能化,满足厂内数据中心平台建设的要求,为全寿命周期管理提供决策建议,最终达到适用不同用户检修维护的需求。该系统不仅提升了车辆运行的数字化水平,提高了列车风险预知能力,保障了车辆运行安全,也提高了检修效率,大大降低了检修成本。 With the rapid development of modern Internet computer technology and big data platform,intelligent application penetrates into various fields.The design of urban rail transit ground expert diagnosis system is based on wireless communication and“Internet+”,with the on-board wireless communication platform and ground monitoring data analysis and processing platform as the core,and has the technical characteristics of real-time uploading of high-frequency data,transmission channel with high security,and real-time intelligent diagnosis and analysis of faults.The ground expert diagnosis system has been applied for Beijing Subway Line 15.The system realizes the monitoring of the national urban line network,online monitoring of the status of key components of urban rail vehicles,data management,fault diagnosis and analysis,health status assessment and application and management of life prediction models for key sub-components.It combines vehicle data and inspection data from the ground-based intelligent integrated inspection platform,realizes the visualization and intelligent evaluation of the status of key vehicle components,meets the requirements for the construction of the in-house data center platform,provides decision-making suggestions for the whole life cycle management,and ultimately achieves the goal of meeting the needs of different users for maintenance.This system improves the digital level of vehicle operation and the ability of train risk prediction,ensures the safety of vehicle operation,enhances the maintenance efficiency and greatly reduces the maintenance cost.
