转向架端部设备安装优化设计

摘要 全自动无人驾驶列车已经成为各城市轨道交通发展的趋势,为了保证车辆的安全运行,需在列车走行部安装各种安全设备,比如被动障碍物检测装置、脱轨检测装置,目前所有设备在以往项目中均是单独使用,随着对车辆功能多样化要求的提高,对安装设备需求的增加,单一设备无法满足各种功能,需在转向架同一个部位安装多个设备,但是目前无法同时应用,造成功能缺失。文章提出了2种及以上端部设备的优化安装方案,随着在项目中的使用验证,为转向架功能多样化的设计、安装提供支持。 Fully automatic unmanned trains have become the development trend of urban rail transit.In order to ensure the safe operation of trains,it is necessary to install various safety equipment on the running gear,such as passive obstacle detection equipment,derailment detection equipment,and all equipment have been installed individually.Due to the increased demand for the diverse functions of the vehicle and the installation equipment,a single equipment cannot fulfill all requirements for all functions.Therefore,it is imperative to install multiple equipment in a single location of the bogie.This paper puts forward more than two optimal installation schemes for end equipment.Proven by way of application,it provides support for the design and installation of bogie equipment with diversified functions.
