摘要
公共管理专业人才培养是推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化重要的智力保障要素,然而当前中国公共管理专业人才培养存在着供需结构性矛盾。德国大学多元主体参与办学、开放与互动式的人才培养、多元化目标及重视实践的教学等公共管理专业人才培养实践经验,为完善我国公共管理专业人才培养模式提供经验启示。
Cultivation of public management professionals is an important element of intellectual guarantee to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,however,there is a structural contradiction between supply and demand in the cultivation of public management professionals in China.The practical experience of public management professional talent cultivation of German universities,such as the participation of multiple subjects in running schools,open and interactive talent cultivation,diversified goals and teaching that emphasizes practice,provides experience inspiration for improving China’s public management professional talent cultivation mode.
