新中国成立前我国绵羊品种改良状况的概述

Overview of the Improvement Status of Sheep Breeds in China Beforethe Establishment of the People's Republic of China

该文对我国清朝末年至1949年的50余年间的东北地区、新疆和山西等地的绵羊改良工作进行了梳理,介绍了新中国成立前,利用引入国外细毛羊和半细毛羊品种与蒙古羊、哈萨克羊等地方品种进行杂交的绵羊品种改良工作进程及取得的成效。在总结出了新中国成立前绵羊改良取得的成果经验和失败的教训的基础上,提出了可为当代绵羊遗传改良工作借鉴运用的方法与策略。

This article summarizes the sheep improvement work in Northeast China,Xinjiang,Shanxi and other regions during the more than 50 years from the end of the Qing Dynasty to 1949,and introduces the process and achievements of improving sheep breeds by introducing foreign fine wool sheep and semi fine wool sheep breeds and crossbreeding with local breeds such as Mongolian sheep and Kazakh sheep before the establishment of the People's Republic of China.On the basis of summarizing the achievements and experiences of sheep improvement before the establishment of the People's Republic of China,as well as the lessons of failure,this paper proposes reference methods and strategies that can be applied for contemporary sheep genetic improvement work.
