世界奶绵羊产业概况及我国奶绵羊新品种培育进展

Overview of dairy sheep industry in the world and development of new breeds in China

随着社会经济的发展,人们对乳产品的需求逐渐由数量向质量转变,形成了特色绵羊乳食品消费热点。然而,我国的绵羊奶消费几乎完全依赖于进口。加强奶绵羊新品种培育,有利于从根本上解决我国奶绵羊消费的“卡脖子”问题。该文综述了世界奶绵羊产业概况、绵羊奶营养价值、奶绵羊种质资源和基因组选择研究进展,同时总结了我国奶绵羊新品种的培育进展,最后分析了我国奶绵羊产业困境并提出了发展建议,以期为奶绵羊育种提供参考。

With the development of social economy,people's demand for milk products has gradually changed from quantity to quality,forming a hot spot for sheep milk characteristic milk food consumption.However,the consumption of sheep milk in our country is almost entirely dependent on imports.In this paper,we reviewed the general situation of the world dairy sheep industry,the nutritional value of sheep milk,the research progress of germplasm and genomic selection of dairy sheep,further summarized the progress of breeding of dairy sheep in China.Finally,we analyzed the difficulties of China's dairy sheep industry and put forward development suggestions,so as to provide reference for dairy sheep breeding.
